Our client, a B2B  company specializing in the importation and sale of Raw Materials (Chemicals and Commodities),  packaging, machinery and equipment to relevant end-user companies and wholesale chemical sellers, is seeking to engage a Sales Representative, who would contribute to the organization’s success.

LOCATION: Lagos

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• To to sell the company's products, secure new customers and maintain  existing ones whilst ensuring maximum customers’ satisfaction

• Sales Representative must demonstrate a good working knowledge of the company’s products and advise clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of HND in any subject  (preference is for science related  subject such as Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry, Food Science; Marketing  or Business Administration)

- 1-2years experience in the sales of  Chemicals, Raw Materials or  products to Companies.

- Must have a good working  knowledge of Lagos state especially  location of companies/ industries and  chemical markets in Lagos

- Matured (above 26 years) and must  be fluent in English (ability to speak  the Igbo language will be an  advantage).

CORE SKILLS:

1. Strong selling, persuasion and  negotiation skills.

2. Excellent customer service and  client relationship skills.

3. Good presentation and  communication skills 

4. Good knowledge of company’s  products.

5. Good organization and time  management skills.

6. Technical knowledge of  various chemicals will be an  advantage.

7. Working knowledge of  Microsoft office.
