ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR - CROWN PLANT, IJEBU-ODE - 0040 | BETA GLASS PLC

Job purpose

This position ensures availability of machines/equipment for production activities.

Responsibilities

•Rectification of electronics and instrumentation faults and monthly instrumentation reports

•Planning & implementation of preventive scheduled maintenance to ensure that all plant equipment are working properly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting problems and effecting repairs as needed.

•Monitor Critical Spares Stock level and initiate timely reorder.

•Participate in engineering installations and projects which involves removing old equipment and installing new ones, while displaying efficiency.

•Implementation of Operational Risk Management Analysis (ORMA) recommendations.

•Use technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in ensuring machine availability for production activities.  

Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation or related fields.  

•Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role

•Proficiency in English language, PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS WORD

•Analytical and numerical skills

•Sound business and professional ethics
